Ritual Cannabis

Thank you for choosing Ritual. Our online reservation service makes it easy to explore our collection and request products for in-store pickup.
By submitting a reservation through our website, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

1. Age and Identification Requirements
Ritual Cannabis serves adults aged 21 and older.
You must be at least 21 years old to reserve or purchase cannabis products through Ritual.
A valid, government-issued photo ID is required at pickup. All customers must meet applicable Washington State age and identification requirements.
We reserve the right to refuse a sale when identification cannot be verified or when a transaction would violate applicable law.

2. Reservations Are Not Purchases
Submitting a reservation through ritualcannabis.co does not constitute a completed purchase or guarantee that a product will be available.
Our website does not accept online payment for cannabis products.
All purchases, payments, and final transactions take place in person at our licensed retail location in Chelan, Washington.

3. Product Availability
Our online menu is connected to our inventory system and is updated as product information becomes available.
Although we make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate availability, inventory may change, and occasional discrepancies may occur.
All reservations are subject to product availability and staff verification.
If an item is unavailable, our team may contact you to discuss alternatives or adjustments. Substitutions will not be made without your approval.

4. Reservation Confirmation
After submitting a reservation, you may receive an on-screen confirmation that your request was received.
A reservation confirmation acknowledges receipt of your request; it does not guarantee fulfillment or that the products are ready for pickup.
If you are unsure whether your reservation was received, please call Ritual at (509) 888-3013 before submitting another request.

5. Pickup and Payment

All purchases must be completed during store operating hours and in accordance with Washington State law.
The person completing the purchase must present valid identification and satisfy all legal purchase requirements.
Submitting a reservation does not authorize anyone else to purchase cannabis on your behalf.

6. Pricing and Product Information
We strive to display accurate product names, descriptions, quantities, and prices.
However, occasional errors or changes may occur.
The final price, applicable taxes, and purchase eligibility will be confirmed at the store before payment.
We reserve the right to correct inaccurate product information or pricing before completing a sale.

7. Purchase Limits
All purchases are subject to Washington State cannabis possession and transaction limits.
Ritual may adjust or decline a reservation if fulfilling it would exceed applicable legal limits or otherwise violate Washington State law.

8. Cancellations and Unclaimed Reservations
If you need to cancel or change your reservation, please contact the store directly.
Reservations may be canceled if products become unavailable, if legal requirements cannot be satisfied, or if an order remains unclaimed.
Products are not guaranteed to remain reserved indefinitely.

9. No Delivery or Shipping
Our online reservation service is for in-store pickup only.
Ritual does not ship cannabis products or provide delivery through this website.

10. Privacy
Information provided when submitting a reservation is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Reservation information may be processed through our website and point-of-sale service providers to help manage your request.

11. Changes to These Terms
Ritual may update these Reservation Terms as our services, operations, or applicable regulations change.
Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
